I needed new keys to sell a 15 year old free standing safe because the original keys would not lock or no longer locked well. I found information on the internet about Jakub Charvát, whose company manufactured the safe at the time. Jakub recommended a lock replacement, the cost of which, including 4 keys, was the same as it would cost a locksmith in Vienna to replace two keys. Shortly after ordering, I received the goods by email and at the same time detailed installation instructions. The replacement took about 30 minutes. I would like to thank Jakub Charvát very much for the advice and information I received despite the relatively small size of the job, and I can definitely recommend this company to others.
